MIX HARDWOOD

Description and it's uses overall

Hardwood is the most common form of timber apart from softwood.Hardwoods are often used to make items that get used a lot because of their density. These items include furniture, flooring, and utensils. They are also used in construction.Furniture made by hardwood joinery is more expensive than that made from softwoods. All hardwoods are angiosperms(yields flower).

MERANTI(MLH)

Description and it's uses overall

Meranti is generally found in South East Asia which is not listed under the CITES appendices. It is extensively used in interior furniture, general construction, concrete forms, veneer, and boatbuilding. Generally it is easy to work with, though it's interlocked grain can be troublesome for planing.

ROSEWOOD

Description and it's uses overall

Commonly imported from malaysia, indonesia Rosewood is a timber whose attractive colour has made it popular. It is used to make musical instruments.Apart from that it is also used in furniture, veneers. It is also used to make knife handles. In panelling also this wood is helpful. Some of the trees grow very highly figured burrs.Rosewood is generally imported in small quantities.
